My first session
Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. You will be stretching, kicking, punching & blocking so something comforable and free moving will be easier to train in. A note here though, dresses, skirts & shorts shouldn't be worn. See examples below for some unisex ideas
what to wear
- Tracksuit pants
- Plain T-shirt (Tshirts which are offensive will not be allowed on the gym floor)
- Thongs to and from the hall (During training you will not be wearing shoes)
What not to wear
- Jewellery
- Dresses
- Skirts
- Offensive clothing
What to bring
- Drink bottle
- Towel
- Small bag for personal items
